Grubhub Onsite Expands Partnership with Hilton, Bringing Mobile Ordering to Over 2,600 Hotels

Guests at Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, and Spark by Hilton Can Enjoy Convenient Access to Grubhub Marketplace

Grubhub Onsite and Hilton are broadening their collaboration to enhance guest experiences by offering on-demand delivery of food, groceries, and convenience items at more than 2,600 hotels across the Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, and Spark by Hilton brands. Guests can now seamlessly access Grubhub's extensive Marketplace of over 375,000 merchants by simply scanning a QR code during their stay.

As part of this expanded service, guests can enjoy one free month of Grubhub+ membership, which includes benefits like $0 delivery fees, lower service fees on eligible orders, and 5% credit back on pickup orders.*

This rollout builds on the success of Grubhub Onsite at Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, where the program launched in 2023. Since its introduction, orders to Hilton properties have more than doubled, with Sunday being the most popular day for orders. Guests have ordered a range of items, from meals like pad thai and Caesar salad to essentials like phone chargers, cold remedies, and more.

How It Works:
Guests can unlock their Grubhub Onsite benefits by scanning a QR code at participating Hilton properties, allowing them to order directly from Grubhub’s Marketplace. Orders can be placed for delivery, pickup, or via Hilton’s innovative Pizza Portal® Pickup for contactless convenience.
