Natural Grocers® Announces "21 Days to A Healthier You" Class Series, January 23 – February 2, 2025

Natural Grocers® is excited to launch its third-annual "21 Days to A Healthier You" series, running from January 23 to February 2, 2025. This transformative, three-part program is designed to help participants take actionable steps toward better health through science-backed wellness strategies. Each class will be accompanied by a seven-day challenge, empowering individuals to implement their learning and form lasting, life-changing habits.

This series, first introduced in 2022 and enhanced annually by Natural Grocers' Nutrition Education team, offers a dynamic opportunity to achieve vibrant health in just 21 days. Classes are available in-store and online for Spanish-speaking customers.

As America’s Nutrition Education ExpertsSM, Natural Grocers’ Nutritional Health Coaches (NHCs) provide the expertise needed to guide participants on their health journeys. At select locations, customers can sign up for this free series, which includes three classes led by NHCs. Participants will also receive a $5 coupon and a coupon booklet after each class to help them take action toward their goals.
