The prestigious IndusFood Manufacturing and Agri-Tech 2025, one of the largest exhibitions dedicated to the food and beverage (F&B) sector, has officially commenced at the India International Convention Centre (IICC – Yashobhoomi) in Dwarka, New Delhi. Co-organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) and India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), the event underscores India’s position as a global leader in food innovation and technology.
A Strategic Vision for Excellence
Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of IEML, has been instrumental in shaping the event as a hallmark of global collaboration and innovation. Under his leadership, IEML has expanded its footprint beyond Greater Noida to premier venues like IICC-Yashobhoomi, showcasing its commitment to reaching wider audiences and amplifying its impact across India.
Dr. Kumar emphasized the extensive groundwork laid by IEML and TPCI, which included nationwide roadshows and partnerships with state-level District Industries Centres (DICs) in Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. These initiatives were complemented by international outreach, attracting buyers and visitors from diverse regions, including Africa, the Americas, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. “Our goal is to establish IndusFood Manufacturing and Agri-Tech as a global hub for innovation, partnerships, and technological progress,” he stated.

The event was inaugurated by Shri Jitin Prasada, Hon’ble Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology, who commended the platform for showcasing India’s strength in the food processing value chain. He highlighted the government’s efforts to build a robust ecosystem blending modern infrastructure, advanced technology, and progressive agricultural practices. “India’s food industry acts as a bridge between agriculture and industry, setting global benchmarks in sustainability and innovation,” Shri Prasada remarked.

Spanning over 27,000 square meters, the exhibition features 300+ exhibitors and has drawn delegations from nations like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Egypt, and the USA. With the participation of 500+ hosted international buyers, the event highlights cutting-edge food technologies, sustainable packaging solutions, and innovative ingredients, further solidifying India’s leadership in the global F&B space.
Driving Collaboration and Growth
Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, expressed gratitude for the strong support from the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Department of Animal Husbandry, which have elevated the event to international prominence. Shri Vijay Kumar Gauba, ADG of TPCI, also acknowledged the contributions of exhibitors and delegates, emphasizing that collaboration is key to driving growth in the industry.
