In December 2024, Zepto, India’s leading quick-commerce startup, introduced a dedicated app for Zepto Café, its 10-minute food delivery service. In just four weeks, daily orders skyrocketed from 30,000 to over 50,000, achieving an impressive 60% month-on-month growth.

Co-founder and CEO Aadit Palicha celebrated the milestone on LinkedIn, sharing, “In December, I announced the launch of our new app for Zepto Café, which was handling 30,000 orders/day. Just four weeks later, we’ve surpassed 50,000 orders/day—marking a 60% growth month-on-month.”

Palicha also highlighted the company’s focus on maintaining strong customer retention amid rapid scaling, stating, “What’s even more significant is that customer retention remains robust as we grow.” Reflecting on Zepto Café’s trajectory, he noted, “Café reminds me of Zepto’s early days three years ago: clear product-market fit, exponential growth, and an incredibly talented team driving execution.”

Looking ahead, Palicha expressed confidence in Zepto Café’s potential, remarking, “I believe this is the next big innovation in Indian Q-Commerce and Consumer Internet, and Zepto is just getting started.”
