Union Minister Chirag Paswan to Inaugurate 8th Edition of Indusfood 2025, Showcasing Integrated Farm-to-Fork Solutions
Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan, will inaugurate the 8th edition of Indusfood 2025 at the India Exposition Mart Ltd in Greater Noida on January 8. Organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with support from the Department of Commerce, Indusfood has established itself as Asia’s largest annual food and beverage (F&B) trade exhibition. The 2025 edition marks a significant evolution, debuting as an integrated farm-to-fork trade show.
The event will host over 2,300 exhibitors from 30+ countries, covering an impressive 120,000 square meters of exhibition space. It is expected to attract 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian buyers and trade visitors. Scheduled from January 8 to 10, the show will take place at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
Concurrent Events Expanding the Scope
This year, Indusfood 2025 will feature two concurrent events:
- The 4th edition of Indusfood Manufacturing, focusing on food processing, packaging, and hospitality technologies.
- The 1st edition of Indusfood Agritech, dedicated to agricultural, fisheries, dairy, and poultry farming technologies.
These events will be held from January 9-11 at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi. The integrated format has been designed to create synergies across the entire farm-to-fork value chain, offering attendees unmatched opportunities for collaboration, market insights, and networking.
Highlights of Indusfood 2025
- 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates from the F&B industry will join the event.
- Hosted buyers from 100+ countries will provide Indian companies with opportunities to expand beyond the diaspora into native markets worldwide.
- The prestigious Asia President’s Forum, hosted in partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), will bring together 30+ presidents of national chef associations from across Asia.
- Two mega summits will spotlight advancements in food manufacturing and agritech sectors, alongside knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging trends and opportunities.

According to Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, Indusfood 2025 aims to bridge gaps between farmers, technology providers, and global markets. By fostering connections and value addition, the event directly supports enhancing trade opportunities and improving farmer incomes.
